Access to the Provita ERP and Dealer Portals is restricted to registered and verified partners. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials. Sharing of login access with unauthorized third parties is a violation of this policy.

2. Accurate Data Submission

All data submitted through our digital onboarding gateways (including dealership applications and logistics forms) must be accurate and legally binding. Intentional submission of false documentation will lead to permanent blacklist status.

3. Security & Prohibited Conduct

Any attempt to reverse-engineer, scan for vulnerabilities, or disrupt the operation of Provita Globle's digital infrastructure is strictly prohibited. We employ automated monitoring and will take legal action against any malicious activity.

4. Portal Communication

The messaging and support tools provided within the portal should be used exclusively for professional and business-related inquiries. Inappropriate or harassing behavior towards our support managers will result in account suspension.
