2. Delivery Timelines
For verified dealers using our ERP portal:
- Standard Orders: Delivered within 24-48 hours of order placement.
- Bulk/Industrial Supplies: Subject to custom scheduling, usually within 3-5 business days.
3. Quality at Delivery
Our logistics team is trained to handle PET bottles and 20L jars with extreme care. We ensure that:
- Temperature-controlled transit for premium SKU lines.
- Verification of tamper-proof seals upon handover.
- Zero-leakage guarantee at the point of fulfillment.
4. Acceptance of Goods
Dealers are required to inspect the shipment at the time of delivery. Any discrepancies in quantity or visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and updated in the ERP portal immediately for a resolution.
