Dealership Policy

Establishing the legal and operational framework for our global distribution network.

1. Authorization & Territorial Rights

Authorization is granted only upon successful verification of business credentials and infrastructure audit. Each dealer is assigned a primary operational territory. Territorial encroachment or unauthorized cross-border trade is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of supply.

2. Quality Control & Storage

Dealers must maintain climate-controlled storage environments to preserve the purity standards of PURAURA premium water. Stock rotation (FIFO) is mandatory. Provita Globle reserves the right to perform unannounced facility audits at any dealership location.

3. Branding & Representation

Partners are authorized to use Provita Globle and PURAURA branding only in approved marketing materials. Any variation in logo usage, unauthorized product pricing, or misrepresentation of brand values will be considered a breach of contract.

4. Financial Settlement

All bulk procurement orders must be settled according to the agreed credit terms or advance payment cycles. Delayed settlements beyond the grace period will incur automatic interest charges and eventual portal lockout.
